As one of our Community Outreach projects Dr. Katy Mooberry DC would like to introduce you to our Brain Builders Program! Brain Builders is a great way to take a break while doing schoolwork or as a fun activity to get your children off technology and MOVING during the summer or winter breaks! Brain Builders teaches you fun and easy exercises to help your child get moving to stimulate the brain and body, "Sensational Activities" that are fun and creative, and help foster learning and development through our sensory systems, and a "Sensational Snack" recipe that is kid approved! They are easy to prepare and are delicious AND healthy! ​

Our Brain Builders program is not just for kiddos, adults working on a computer all day need this too! ​We will have 6 weeks of downloadable hand-outs that are posted below so you can make this service a success for the whole family! Please help us bring this valuable service to our community by inviting your friends, teachers, and other care providers to join in!
